Is the person coming to my home screened for suitability?
Of course! Our recruitment process involves face to face interviews, reference/work history checks, and every team member must hold a yellow card, complete the online covid infection control course and NDIS Orientation module. Following this stringent process ensures we are bringing the right team members on to guarantee a great result that you will be happy with.
Who supplies the equipment or products?
Our contract cleaners and gardeners will supply all their own cleaning products and gardening equipment so you need not worry about anything. Of course, if you prefer them to use your own cleaning products, please discuss this with them when they arrive. Your products are required to be in the original containers with labels on them for safety purposes.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning and/or gardening services?
No, absolutely not! The decision to stick around or head out and take advantage of your free time is entirely up to you. Just leave us a key (we recommend the use of a key lock box), and we promise to get your house cleaned safely and thoroughly!
Do I have to call each time?
No. You never need to worry about forgetting to make a booking for the week/fortnight/month. We can forward book your preferred cleaning or yard maintenance times to fit your schedule.
How do we book a service?
You can book a service by calling our friendly team, or fill out the online quote booking form on our website
Can Your Helpers Home Services come out and quote?
We come and meet with every client . This will ensure we match you with the right team member and to match your needs with the desired outcome you’re wanting to achieve. We will also need to complete a risk assessment to meet the NDIA Commission requirements and at the same time we will complete a Service Agreement with you.
Is there a contract?
No, there is no contract as the NDIS is all about “Choice” and giving you “Control”, we do however need to have a service agreement in place which outlines the services you will receive, cost of services and delivery methods for your service with dates and times. We will complete this in conjunction with coming to meet with you. We will then provide a signed copy back to you, your support coordinator and plan manager if you have them.
